The program is open to graduates, final-year students, aspiring teachers, and early-career educators who wish to build a professional teaching career. No prior teaching experience is required.
Depending on the chosen track, the program runs between 8 and 16 weeks and includes classroom workshops, observation hours, and a supervised teaching practicum in partner schools.
Yes. Every trainee completes a supervised practicum at DIPS partner schools in New Delhi, receiving structured feedback from mentor teachers and principals.
Successful trainees receive a certification from Delhi International Public School Foundation and dedicated placement assistance across our network of 25+ partner schools.
